To celebrate, we have a surprise barrel pick available - an 8-year single barrel Tumblin’ Dice rye! This pick blew the other options out of the water and even held its own, if not, beat out, all of the options pictured below.

Nose: Fresh-baked apple pie, rich brown sugar, honey and candied citrus zest.

Taste: More apple brown sugar with the inclusion of a robust crème brûlée, baking spices, medium charred oak.

Finish: The finish carries and carries, a delightful creaminess dueling with a warm ginger and white pepper note.  " - NOVA Whiskey

We are thrilled to announce our first onsite pick ever! Yesterday we visited the Whistle Pig farmstead in Vermont to pick our 10yr single barrel. We chose Barrel 91310. Although having the strongest ethanol nose out of the bunch, it was a clear standout on the palate, being the most balanced and having a light sweet finish. We are thrilled to share this with our customers and if all goes well, Whistle Pig has offered to do a group tasting and pick at our store in DC.
