Full refund available until order is shipped or delivered.

All other refunds with be dealt with on a case by case basis until further notice.

By transacting with DMV Spirits you agree to hold them harmless for all actions.

A person over the age of 21 with valid government ID must accept the order. DMV Spirits may request any and all forms of ID to satisfy its obligation for age verification. DMV Spirits holds the sole discretion and may reject any order for any reason.
